About GORGIE

GORGIE makes a better-for-you energy drink with green tea caffeine, zero sugar, and just five calories. The brand takes a community-first approach to combining energy and wellness—two social trends with serious staying power.

With excited fans, gifted influencers, and paid creator partners all posting about GORGIE around the clock, the team needed an all-in-one tool to capture the brand's UGC gold rush without drowning in manual work. That's when they found Archive.

The Challenge

As a community-first brand, GORGIE has amazing social content pouring in nonstop. But before Archive, the team didn't have a reliable way to capture any of it.

Reposting tagged content in the Instagram app let them check engagement manually, but that approach was too labor intensive to scale. They tried a custom code script to download UGC, but eventually gave up when they realized how much content was slipping through the cracks—especially stories that disappeared before anyone could save them.

GORGIE needed a way to manage its organic community inbound at scale: collecting UGC automatically, tracking campaigns in real time, analyzing performance across platforms, and deepening the brand's relationships with top creators.

"We had tried different social listening tools, but none could capture Instagram stories and TikTok videos as well as Archive. It was a no-brainer to make the switch." — Enlil Shalimoon, Digital Project Manager at GORGIE

The Solution

Today, GORGIE uses Archive to track when anyone posts about the brand on TikTok or Instagram—including disappearing stories. Archive's video-native platform ingests and understands short-form content that legacy tools miss entirely. Organic mentions stream into Archive around the clock, and content from specific activations automatically filters into the correct campaign workflow.

The team runs its entire creator program inside Archive without switching between apps or updating spreadsheets—Archive does the grunt work so they can focus on strategy and creative. Here's how GORGIE uses it:

  • Reports: Custom reports give GORGIE the week-over-week and month-over-month metrics leadership wants to see. Reports update in real time, so pulling numbers takes just a few clicks instead of hours of manual calculation.
  • Live Campaign Dashboards: GORGIE tracks launches in real time. For the #gorgietargettour campaign celebrating their big entry at Target stores, the team monitored participating creators, reviewed posts, and watched impressions and EMV climb—all from one dashboard.
  • Creator Search: Before a summer runway party for the Target launch, GORGIE used Super Search to find "girl fitness influencers with energy drinks," filtered by Miami location and 50K+ followers, and activated 1,000 high-value creators for the event. Location-based and vision-based discovery made sourcing effortless.
"Creator Search is especially useful for event planning thanks to the location-based search, and the vision-based discovery makes it easy to identify creators producing the exact kind of content we're looking for." — Enlil Shalimoon, Digital Project Manager at GORGIE

The Results

Archive has become a critical part of GORGIE's daily workflow. Instead of spending hours every week searching for creators one at a time on Instagram and TikTok, the team can focus on choosing the right ones and building relationships that matter. Archive cleared the labor bottleneck—GORGIE scaled its creator program without adding headcount.

The numbers speak for themselves:

  • 15 hours per week saved on manual tracking and reporting
  • 2x the UGC collected compared to before Archive
  • 47% EMV growth in the first four months
  • Over 1.6 billion organic social impressions driven by a thriving creator community

Archive's data—from post-level stats to custom reporting—gives GORGIE a real-time view of what's resonating. Now the team can reward top-performing creators and celebrate those who go above and beyond, which fosters deeper relationships with the brand's best advocates.

"Between tracking, reporting, and searching for creator content, Archive has drastically streamlined what used to be a scattered and manual process." — Enlil Shalimoon, Digital Project Manager at GORGIE
