How do I share my content with people outside Archive?

To share your content with people outside Archive, follow these steps:

1. Under the Cards view, find the asset you want to share.

2. Hover the cursor on the asset to see additional options.

3. Click the copy link icon on the hovered media item card.

4. Under the list view, go to the end of the table and click "public link."

To share a collection:

1. Look for the collection you want to share publicly.

2. Click on the three dots beside the name.

3. Choose "Get a Public Link."

4. These custom URLs are automatically pasted to your clipboard that you can paste into a browser, email, or text.
